HardScape Magazine was created in 2003 by Charles Vander Kooi, a long-time expert in the Landscape Seminar arena. Chuck had made his reputation by guiding landscape contractors in growing their businesses and he recognized that the hardscape industry faced the same (and in many cases, surpassing) type of growth.

In an effort to meet the present and future needs of the hardscape industry, Chuck wanted to create a resource that not only provides a knowledge base for general hardscaping installation, but also discusses the ins and outs of making your company more profitable.

HardScape Magazine's goal is to continual reach more and more contractors over time, while embracing the future of the hardscaping industry.
